Returns & Exchanges
At Bodily, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your fit isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original mailer, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
